Large Hall

The story of the large banquet hall began in 2010.

The small Karklėnai homestead became so popular that it couldn’t accommodate everyone who wanted to celebrate in the countryside. Additionally, there was high demand for events hosting more than 100 guests. This inspired the owner to build a new, spacious, and luxurious homestead. At the time, the owner was the first to offer banquet hall rentals in the Vilnius region for over 100 people. Even during construction, clients were so eager that they signed contracts for future events on the construction site without even asking about the hall’s price. After its grand opening, the hall became one of the most popular venues in Vilnius.

A few years later, a hotel was added, offering accommodations for 120 guests. Despite this, even two homesteads couldn’t meet the growing demand for celebrations at Karklėnai Resort.

As Karklėnai Resort gained popularity, its owners expanded their services. The complex began offering on-site catering, a highly attractive option for clients as they no longer needed to handle food separately. A professional decorator joined the team to create personalized event designs. Clients renting banquet halls at Karklėnai Resort also received catering, decoration, and service packages.

Today, the most popular events at the large homestead are corporate events and large weddings. The location accommodates up to 400 guests for conferences, with all necessary equipment provided. The staff ensures coffee, snacks, and hot meals are served to your guests. The homestead has all required amenities, allowing you to invite live bands or other service providers. Coordinators work closely with your chosen providers to ensure your event runs smoothly.

The 5-hectare property offers space for various outdoor activities, such as scavenger hunts, rally competitions, or inflatable attractions, making it ideal for corporate events.
In 2024, the large homestead was fully renovated. The current owner decided to modernize the space to keep up with trends. The hall was expanded, brightened, and its amenities upgraded for even more comfortable events.
